HOW-TO HAVE A ☮️ STRESS-FREE SCHOOL FORMAL

Who wants their school formal to be more dramatic than an episode of Home & Away?! ?


It’s so easy to get totally freaked out by the whole thing but before you strangle someone, try one (or all!) of my tips:

  • Make a list and get organized early  – totally the easiest way to keep yourself from spinning out of control ?
  • Keep up the healthy eating and moderate exercise. Drink loads of water and watch your portion sizes.  But always check with your health care advisor before starting any diet or exercise routine.
  • If it gets too much, put on a chill playlist ? and go for a good walk, or get together with your mates and head for the beach. The fresh air and all those exercise endorphins will lift your mood like nothing else.
  • ? Try a warm bath with lavender oil
  • If you really are struggling, have a chat to your parents, doctor or naturopath to see what they can do to help.
So that’s how to totally put the “ooommmmmm” back in to your prom.

Finally, you’re hitting the red carpet for the night to celebrate, not over-stress.  So prioritise the fun!  You’ve worked hard for this ???
