How-To Use:

• Ensure the area of skin is clean, dry & free from any cream or moisturizers before applying
• Cut the required amount from the roll and stick to the skin
• When you know where you would like the garment to sit, remove the backing paper and press the garment firmly in place for a few seconds

• We suggest you wear these for no more than 6 hours
• Once removed they may leave a red mark which will disappear soon after
