At Aussie Prom, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods such as prom season and sales, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within Australia are as follows:

Metro areas: 3–7 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or peak demand. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help track your order.
